In this hour yoga class, the children
will experience a variety of playful yoga poses, animated breathing
exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques through music, stories,
puppets, creative movement and an on-going art project for the whole
series. Yoga nurtures and encourages self-expression, body
strengthening, balance and coordination, stress relief and laughter in
the young child!
